1. Please describe your business.

Cindy Mackenzie is a certified ACE (American Council on Exercise) Mobile Personal Trainer with 25 years of experience in the fitness industry. Cindy customizes one-on-one training to help people meet their specific health and fitness goals through her Personal Trainer business. In addition, she works with small groups to accommodate a more social fitness atmosphere. Cindy also earned a Senior and Special Population certification from SFA (Senior Fitness Association of America) and ACE Senior Fitness Specialty certification. Her additional accreditation facilitates personalizing program design for older adults, specifically those incorporating strength training.

2. Why are you doing what you are doing?

“This is what I do. It’s a part of my DNA to be active and celebrate health & fitness. If I can share that enthusiasm with another person or a group of people with the potential to make someone smile, it’s a good day!”

As I’m a mobile trainer, I come to you in the comfort of your own home. No more struggles with getting to a gym or the pressure of being in a group atmosphere that doesn’t make you comfortable. This service will help you stick with your program and goals.

My background is 25 years of Jazzercise Franchise Ownership and dance/fitness instruction. The skills I’ve acquired over the years put me in a great position to help people define health & fitness goals. I’m able to motivate without scaring people away. We are taught in many business models to work SMART with our goals. Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, & Time sensitive goals are important when making changes and I can help you with a step by step proven, customized fitness program.

4. What are the 2-3 things that you like most about your business?

I’m excited about my specialty working with the Senior population and helping to keep people moving and feeling good for a long time. I get to do what I do best and my best will help you achieve meeting your fitness goals and feeling good.
